Responsibilities
- Patrol and monitor premises to prevent theft, trespassing, or vandalism
- Observe and report suspicious activities or safety hazards
- Enforce property rules and regulations professionally
- Respond to emergencies and security incidents calmly and appropriately
- Complete daily activity reports and incident reports when required
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and the public
Requirements
- Must have (or be eligible to obtain) a Washington State Security Guard License
- Must have (or be eligible to obtain) a Washington State Security Guard License
- Ability to pass a background check (required by WA Dept. of Licensing)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Prior security or military experience is a plus, but not required
